Beautiful and captivating in it's apparent simpleness.

The best contemplation is simple contemplation, Kim.

I believe that too David, but so many times we do not have that luxury. This painting just is to give time for pause.

Thanks So Much!

I am glad you like "The Need To Move"...it is a small painting, but I think it is quite vibrant.

Hi Kim!
I found you through San's blog.

Jo, I am so glad you found me. San is such a love.

And thank you for your kind words about this blue. I keep wondering if I will be painting reds this winter.

"I'm Out Of Here" is small and is done in a style I see to want to return to no matter where I am located...many of my works are influenced by my geographical location.

I am glad you like these paintings, Jo, and honored you took the time to share your feelings with me.

I wish for you a lovely weekend, as well.

Kim I had a canvas painted just like this one in strong blue, then last week I did aa quick action painting, just a few sweeping strokes, using bright red acrylic, I will photo it tomorrow, as I see echos in a lot of your work.
