Breaking Glass

'Breaking Glass' is when the beauty crumbles and cuts you and when life seems as though it cannot exist in this struggle for much longer. You understand the beauty of the shards and how important it was for the glass to renew itself in a different form. This is a reflection of you. Acrylic on 20 x 16 inches cradled hardboard.

Breathtaking painting! Wow!

Your painting and its description really speaks to me at the moment, as if you painted it just for me!

Mmmm, this is interesting Dianne. This painting was done very recently, so you may have had a HUGE influence in what came out of me here. I know you and your life were constantly on my mind during this time. Maybe I should sub-title it 'For Dianne and Iain'

I am glad you like it so much. I am really attracted to it as well.

Thanks so much for taking the time to come over here for a closer look/see.

I know what you mean. Some of our trees only release their seed pods in bushfire season.

Kim, if you're still looking for gallery representation, have you looked at RedBubble.com?

Hi David, thank you for your comments here. They are always appreciated!

I have looked at RedBubble. I am thinking I have enough web representation, but would like to consider more brick and mortar type galleries...that being said, they are not the most fiscally healthy at the moment!

Thank you for your insight here.
